Frequently asked questions about merchandise pre-orders
UA World Cup Merchandise Pick-Up
Make sure to select "Pick-Up" in store at Checkout. Your order will be processed in CAD with 13% HST.
If you're a USA attendee and don't see the Pick Up Option, search for stores in Toronto and it will come up.

All apparel pre-ordered will be available for pick-up when you arrive at the event!
How will I receive my order?
All pre-event orders can be picked up as soon as you arrive at the event. Just come see the merchandise booth set up at your event when you arrive and we'll have your pre-order packaged and ready for you!

"Pick-Up" should be selected at check out.
Can I order other products from your site as well?
If you are getting an error at checkout, this may be because you are ordering multiple products. Pre-order merchandise should be purchased seperately and "Pick-Up" should be selected at check out.
If you would like to have some of our other merchandise from creators shipped to you. please do that as a separate purchase.
