If rain is expected to cause unsafe conditions for staff working with electrical equipment outdoors, Collide will activate its Rain Contingency Policy. To ensure safety while maintaining service, Collide will deploy one to two staff for a six-hour window with pre-made merchandise and signage directing attendees to the online store.

During the event, Collide and the tournament organizer will issue emails with the online store link. The online store will offer free shipping for all attendees, with a guarantee that all orders placed by Monday following the weekend event will arrive by Friday.

This policy ensures that Collide continues to provide high-quality merchandise and support event partners while prioritizing the safety of staff, attendees, and inventory.
