This return and exchange policy applies to online purchase as well as products purchased at our events.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are custom made and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
- Pre-Orders cannot be modified after the date which the pre-order closes
- Other Online orders cannot be modified once the product has been shipped out

Collide Apparel will exchange or refund any defective* item if notified within 10 days of shipping date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a description and digital picture of the defective item. Customer will be required to email a picture and description to verify the claim, if accepted, the customer will be required by mailing the garment back. If this is required, Collide Apparel will issue a return shipping label via email. Customer is responsible for securing the defective item back in the original packaging, printing and attaching the shipping label and bringing it to the specified delivery service.
