How will I receive my order?

All pre-event orders can be picked up as soon as you arrive at the event. Just come see the merchandise booth set up at your event when you arrive and we'll have your pre-order packaged and ready for you!

Can I order other products from your site as well?

If you are getting an error at checkout, this may be because you are ordering multiple products. Pre-order merchandise should be purchased seperately and "Pick-Up" should be selected at check out. If you would like to have some of our other merchandise from creators shipped to you. please do that as a separate purchase.
